Which charger will a customer receive as part of the Ford Power Promise™ Home Charging promotion?

Eligible customers will receive the Ford Charge Station Pro or similar model based on availability.

If the customer is having a problem with their charger, what should they do?

Call Ford’s Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673 for customer support.

What is the warranty for the home charger and where is it located?

Ford provides a 3-year limited warranty for the Ford Charge Station Pro, which can be accessed here: www.Fordchargerwarranty.ca.

For all provinces excluding Quebec: If a customer leased an eligible electric vehicle, will they need to return the Complimentary Home Charger after the lease term ends?

No.

What is considered a ‘Standard Installation’?

A Standard Installation must comply with the following RocketEV guidelines:

  • Installation must be fulfilled a RocketEV certified installer
  • Installation must be completed at a residential property (a single-family home, duplex, condominium or townhome) with a dedicated electrical meter
  • Charging hardware must be attached to the same structure as the main electrical panel  
  • Wiring runs (up to 80 feet) are externally mounted and visible
  • Customer is solely responsible for obtaining any prior consents or approval from any applicable homeowner’s association, condominium board, property owner (if customer does not own the residential property where the charging hardware will be installed), or any other third party

Who is responsible for performing the Standard Installation?

Which vehicles are eligible for the Complimentary Home Charger and Standard Installation promotion?

Retail customers who purchase a new 2024 and 2025 F-150 Lightning, Mustang Mach-e or E-Transit are eligible for the promotion. Offer not available for fleet or commercial customers.
