Was very happy with the service brought my F-350 in for an electrical issue after it cut out on me on the 401 managed get it to them. the ladies in the service department did a fantastic job Very helpful. The mechanic managed to get it fixed bad wire somewhere all under warranty. then I brought my F-150 in for a recall only took an hour and I had it back I usually don't go to dealers but the experience is Pleasant with this one

Truly the capital's best EV dealer. I took my vehicle to service 3 recalls, which were all serviced in a timely manner.Communication with the staff was straight forward and informative.I came back the next day as my rear left door was making some cracking noise, the service technician manager himself helped me understand the issue and went above and beyond to overcome it.This will be my new go to Ford dealership.

Barrhaven Ford has done a superb job in sourcing vehicles for us and making the electric vehicles available when supply was short. We have added the all electric F-150 Lightning and Mach-E to our Fleet. Barrhaven Ford has been exceptional at answering all of our questions, implementing charging solutions and even implementing them at our employees homes. It has made our transition to Electric easy, quick and simple. Their knowledge on the product and the charging solutions is first class and has helped our transition, be that much easier.
