We initially arranged a test drive, but on the day of my appointment, the vehicle was identified as being subject to a recall. James immediately contacted me, explained the situation, and professionally apologized that they couldn't proceed with the sale. What impressed me most was their honesty and commitment to safety. Despite the late hour, the team came out of the garage, took care of my tire, and got me back on the road so I could finally head home\. Great service. I went for a recall service, they had it done for the same day. Also, washed the car. Overall the customer experience has been great.

It was a stressful situation, and Andrew was extremely accommodating while we worked through everything. He stayed available, worked around the insurance process, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. That calm, low-pressure approach carried through the entire experience. Had a voucher for a free oil change which I had won in a golf tournament so I brought in my wife's Hyundai. I was very impressed how I was looked after despite the fact that it was a comp oil change and not a Ford. Sean Jakes looked after me very well and even had my car washed as a value added service that I was not expecting. I will definitely consider sign to Barrhaven Ford when I purchase my next vehicle which may be a Ford based on todays experience.

If you’re lucky, you will have the chance to ride in the shuttle with Steve. He’s awesome! I always look forward to having our 2024 Bronco Sport serviced at Barrhaven Ford because it usually means that I’ll need a shuttle drive to work. Steve makes for a very enjoyable experience. He is truly committed to providing top-notch customer service. On one occasion, I forgot my computer’s mouse in the shuttle vehicle. Steve turned around and drove back to my workplace to return my mouse. He definitely saved my ass that day! The work performed by the service department is always completed in a timely fashion and the complimentary car wash is ALWAYS a great treat. Thank you all for doing such a great job!

They have a great service and the café in there is so good and I recommend everyone try it, it’s very good

I had a great experience ordering from the Barrhaven Ford Parts Depot. Their prices were among the best I found, shipping was fast, and their customer service was excellent. I ordered an OEM Air Design tailgate spoiler and OEM Tufskinz door sill protectors for my 2026 Ford Maverick Lobo, and everything arrived exactly as described and well packaged. They were also very responsive and kept me updated when one of the parts had to come from the U.S. Highly recommend them if you're looking for genuine Ford parts!
