I am writing this review after experiencing an accident that left me looking unexpectedly for another vehicle.
I was suggested to contact sales specialist Anthony Van Volkenberg by David Young service manager.
Although I wasn't sure on what I wanted to do, Anthony was very informative on Ford products and plans. My wife and I spent close to 4 hours with Anthony going over and test driving the Ford Maverick.
We were treated extremely well and he made us feel comfortable making our decision without pressuring us in anyway.
This is my first brand new purchase and this whole experience went seamless from start to finish.
My wife and I want to take this opportunity to thank not only Anthony but also Stephen Thomson and David Young for this purchase.

About a month ago, I found myself needing a new vehicle, and after finding what I was looking for through Ford.ca, it was time to buy. off to Barrhaven Ford I go, moments to closing time on a weekday, I regrettably interrupted a salesman's dinner. Introduced myself to Anthony, and away we went. spoke to him about the vehicle, he was very understanding of my needs and did his absolute best to accommodate all my requests. the following evening I came back and put a deposit on the truck, met with Steve! - Another amazing experience there, helped with the financing side of things to get to the bottom line. and 2 days later, I came to pick it up, and yet another extremely positive experience with Anthony, Steve wasn't in, but Mike took over and made the finalization of my purchase as flawless as could be. hats off to the team at Barrhaven Ford. will definetly give this store the first kick at the can for our future vehicle needs.

My review is only in regard to the buying experience.

I knew what type of car I wanted for my small service job. I called and was connected with Ryan from sales. I arrived on our appointment day, looked at a few options I considered, and went ahead and placed an order for the vehicle I wanted.

I had a few requests regarding the car, and Ryan made sure to accommodate them all and got it done.

After three weeks, the car was delivered. Ryan gave me a quick rundown, and I was set to go.

The whole process was fast and easy with Ryan. He was fun and easygoing 🙂

David Young and Joe went above and beyond helping me resolve the issue I was experiencing with my transmission fluid level. They even let me go on the shop floor while my truck was on the hoist to show under my truck and educate me. Very transparent hence I will be back to service my F-150 in the near future!

My experience purchasing a car from Barrhaven Ford was excellent. I worked with Khushal Manchanda and Andrew Manderson through the entire purchase of my new 2024 Ford F-150. They were both helpful in answering my questions and helped me out as much as they could. In fact, they successfully went beyond their way to make my experience a positive one. Also, Jeff Eaton made the financing process smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision on any additional service. I felt comfortable with going ahead with the purchase of my new truck. Their level of customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend Ford Barrhaven to anyone in the market for a new Ford.

Further to my previous review, I would like to add that about a year and a half after purchasing my truck, I experienced an issue that required a return visit to Barrhaven Ford for repair. Once again, Andrew Manderson — along Martin Roy from the service department — provided outstanding post-sale support. The issue was resolved efficiently, and I haven’t had any further problems since.

This experience reinforced my confidence in Barrhaven Ford. They not only make the purchasing process easy and stress-free, but also deliver exceptional after-sales service. I continue to highly recommend Barrhaven Ford to anyone looking for a dealership that truly stands behind its customers.

I had a tow truck drop off a real basket case at Barrhaven Ford — a 1987 Jaguar that wouldn’t run, wasn’t safetied for Ontario, and had been imported from the U.S. Despite several thousand dollars of prior work at a Jaguar dealership on the west coast, this was the condition it arrived in.

From the first interaction, I was impressed by the service representative, mechanic, parts team, and the safety/licensing staff. In about one-third of the time and budget I had already used at the BC Jaguar dealership, they had me safely on the road, driving my “new-to-me” old car.

Thank you, Barrhaven Ford, for turning what looked like a not getting to drive in 2025 into a car I can truly enjoy.

I can’t say enough good things about Barrhaven Ford! Even though I’m nearly a 50 minutes drive from Barrhaven and there are other Ford dealership that are closer, I keep coming back here and this recent purchase reminded me exactly why.

Barrhaven Ford has done a superb job in sourcing vehicles for us and making the electric vehicles available when supply was short. We have added the all electric F-150 Lightning and Mach-E to our Fleet. Barrhaven Ford has been exceptional at answering all of our questions, implementing charging solutions and even implementing them at our employees homes. It has made our transition to Electric easy, quick and simple. Their knowledge on the product and the charging solutions is first class and has helped our transition, be that much easier.
