We initially had a negative experience when my wife first visited the dealership, but that experience was entirely due to one specific salesperson who is no longer employed there. Because of that interaction we were hesitant about coming back.

After hearing about a very positive experience our friends recently had, we decided to give the dealership another chance and we are very glad we did.

This time we had the pleasure of working with Frank, Jakub and Mike. From the moment we walked in they were welcoming, professional and transparent, and they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and were great with our chaotic tornado of a 2 year old who wanted to touch and look at everything in sight. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process.

This turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We are excited to be leaving with a 2026 F150 XLT and want to thank Frank, Jakub and Mike for the excellent service. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking for a great buying experience.

Only fair as when I felt there were problems with the service my truck received at Barrhaven Ford Dave listened and gave his word he would do his best to make it Right. He did so x10 and a lot more too which goes a long way to restoring trust with the dealer.

Recently bought a demo Expedition from Dave Plots at Barrhaven Ford, he made the process so simple. As a stay at home mom of a toddler, it makes car dealerships a challenge, Dave did much of the negotiation via text, that way I had my numbers and a deal ready conditional on my test drive. He helped install my car seat, and even gave my toddler snacks and water while we signed the paperwork and let her sit in the cars inside. He agreed to take my winter tires off my trade, put them on my new expedition and put my summers back on my trade, and even delivered my summer tires and rims to my garage for me after I picked up my new ford! Literally above and beyond. We stopped in to have the wheels retorqued and my toddler insisted on going in to visit Dave, the cars and the free snacks while we were there!

I am writing this review after experiencing an accident that left me looking unexpectedly for another vehicle.
I was suggested to contact sales specialist Anthony Van Volkenberg by David Young service manager.
Although I wasn't sure on what I wanted to do, Anthony was very informative on Ford products and plans. My wife and I spent close to 4 hours with Anthony going over and test driving the Ford Maverick.
We were treated extremely well and he made us feel comfortable making our decision without pressuring us in anyway.
This is my first brand new purchase and this whole experience went seamless from start to finish.

About a month ago, I found myself needing a new vehicle, and after finding what I was looking for through Ford.ca, it was time to buy. off to Barrhaven Ford I go, moments to closing time on a weekday, I regrettably interrupted a salesman's dinner. Introduced myself to Anthony, and away we went. spoke to him about the vehicle, he was very understanding of my needs and did his absolute best to accommodate all my requests. the following evening I came back and put a deposit on the truck, met with Steve! - Another amazing experience there, helped with the financing side of things to get to the bottom line. and 2 days later, I came to pick it up, and yet another extremely positive experience with Anthony, Steve wasn't in, but Mike took over and made the finalization of my purchase as flawless as could be. hats off to the team at Barrhaven Ford. will definetly give this store the first kick at the can for our future vehicle needs.

David Young and Joe went above and beyond helping me resolve the issue I was experiencing with my transmission fluid level. They even let me go on the shop floor while my truck was on the hoist to show under my truck and educate me. Very transparent hence I will be back to service my F-150 in the near future!

Further to my previous review, I would like to add that about a year and a half after purchasing my truck, I experienced an issue that required a return visit to Barrhaven Ford for repair. Once again, Andrew Manderson — along Martin Roy from the service department — provided outstanding post-sale support. The issue was resolved efficiently, and I haven’t had any further problems since.

This experience reinforced my confidence in Barrhaven Ford. They not only make the purchasing process easy and stress-free, but also deliver exceptional after-sales service. I continue to highly recommend Barrhaven Ford to anyone looking for a dealership that truly stands behind its customers.

Barrhaven Ford has done a superb job in sourcing vehicles for us and making the electric vehicles available when supply was short. We have added the all electric F-150 Lightning and Mach-E to our Fleet. Barrhaven Ford has been exceptional at answering all of our questions, implementing charging solutions and even implementing them at our employees homes. It has made our transition to Electric easy, quick and simple. Their knowledge on the product and the charging solutions is first class and has helped our transition, be that much easier.
